My name is Hafez Ghaemi. I am a PhD candidate in computer science at University of Montreal and Mila - Quebec AI Institute. My main research interests are self-supervised representation learning and world modeling for embodied AI.

Before starting my PhD, I obtained my MSc in computer engineering from University of Tehran. I hold another MSc in data science from Politecnico di Torino. I completed my BSc in mechanical engineering at University of Tehran.
